Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of LumenEntity. Last updated May 18, 2026.

By creating an account or otherwise using LumenEntity ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

LumenEntity provides software for monitoring SEO and AI search visibility. Available features depend on your plan and may change over time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity in your workspace. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized access at security@lumenentity.com.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe or circumvent the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam, malware or illegal content.
  • Respect rate limits and any abuse-prevention controls.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service. We treat all such data confidentially and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but we do not currently publish a contractual uptime SLA on self-serve plans. Enterprise customers may negotiate a custom SLA in a separate agreement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. On termination we will provide a reasonable export window for your data unless prohibited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting LumenEntity entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
